Administrative Support:
- Assist managerial staff with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Portfolio Supporting:
- Generate regular portfolio reports based on project status reports.
- Assist in analyzing project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication by relaying information, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Assist in resource allocation and utilization
- Assist in tracking expenses and maintain budgets in collaboration with the other department.
- Salary: Up to $400
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a project management or administrative role is preferred but not required
