The E-commerce executive is a key role in VietPOM team and reports directly to the Key Account Manager. VietPOM Co., Ltd is an independent entity, supported by DocMed Technologies, a subsidiary of Hyphens Group and Hoang Duc Pte Ltd. This role will support the daily operation of our
online marketplace and digital media portals.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Support B2B marketplace operation (90%)
- Support vendor account onboarding and creation (including but not limited to company
profile, e-store, product listings, promotion setup, and due diligence).
- Handle customer inquiries from vendor operation team as well as customers and escalate when needed.
- Administration duties related to the content/ data management for the marketplace platform, ensuring data and information are kept up-to-date.
- Prepare reports based on key business metrics, including online promotion campaigns, and other duties assigned by the manager.
- Any other business activity as directed by supervisor.
Other tasks (10%)
- Coordinate with the technical team in testing of features or escalation of bugs/errors.
