The Job

As an End User Computing & Migration Engineer, your focus will be to:

• Accounts management & migrations in Google Workspace
• MDM management with Microsoft inTune
• Anti virus and Endpoint protection response ( Eset / Bitdefender )
• Manage the company local IT infrastructure & network
• Manage End User Computing (laptop)environment (Windows/Linux/Apple)
• Installations/configurations/maintenances of local equipment
• Procurement of IT equipment (Request quotes,...)

Your Skills and Experience

You will need to:

• Be an excellent communicator - English is our group's common language, so excellent spoken and written English is a must
• Be proactive, take ownership, focus on problem solving more than problem finding and think about continuous improvement
• Value team effort, be a team player and deliver autonomously with little supervision
• Be passionate about laptops and desktops, Windows, Linux and MacOS administration

What you bring

• At least 3 experience years;
• Experience with accounts management; Google Workspace and optionally Active directory;
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems;
• Experience in debugging OS and software issues;
• Experience with user migrations between
• Experience with typical applications, such as Google Workspace, Virus scanners, Pulse Secure VPN, Desktop pro, Jira;
• Knowledge of MDM software ( intune or others )
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, unattended installs, disk imaging, laptop security (disk encryption, firewalling).
