Engineering Executive (Mechanical) is a highly skilled and motivated Engineer in the Petrochemical plant or industry. Together with Mechanical section Leader, this is a permanent position that required a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will be involved in the design, installation, maintenance, and improvement of Mechanical devices, equipment, facilities, components, and systems used in the Petrochemical plant or industry.
- Responsible to develop Long Term Maintenance included Maintenance tasks, frequency & spare part (Predictive maintenance, proactive maintenance, preventive maintenance, ...)
- Responsible to develop, review and update, strictly follow approved maintenance documents (SOP, WI, JP, JSA) to implement the maintenance programs and activities.
- Also define yearly maintenance plan, monthly, weekly & daily maintenance plan.
- Issue ITB, inquiry, SOW for technical proposal.
- Responsible for trouble shooting, RCA and countermeasure.
- Responsible for budget & follow-up (CAPEX, OPEX)
- Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment (BOM)
- Supervise and train technical members as necessary
- Other activities:
+) Provides technical support, guidance to maintenance on equipment issues.
+) Involve to another group to conduct improvement activity such as TPM; 5S
