We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ERP Production Assembler. This entry-level position involves maintaining accurate production records within our ERP system, ensuring seamless data entry, and effectively balancing inventory across our three sites (Montreal, Vietnam, and Belgium). Prior experience is not required, as we will provide all necessary training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Data Entry: Receive production reports from our sites in Montreal, Vietnam, and Belgium.Accurately enter the data into the ERP system, ensuring timely recording of production figuresand related information.
• ERP System Updates: Enter warehouse transfer data into the ERP system once completed by therelevant personnel. Ensure all transfer information is accurately documented for inventorytracking purposes.
• Inventory Balancing: Collaborate with teams across our warehouses in Asia and utilize inventoryreports from both warehouses and the ERP system to balance inventory levels effectively. Thiswill help optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Communication: Regularly communicate in English with production teams and stakeholders toresolve data discrepancies and clarify information related to production and inventory records.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of data inputs to ensure accuracy andcompleteness, rectifying any errors to maintain data integrity.
• Process Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline dataentry and inventory management processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
