Estimator/ Designer in Da NangTILLING TIMBER PTY LTD, VIETNAM REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE

Tilling Timber is a Timber wholesaler specializing in engineered wood products. We are seeking an Estimator/Designer with some experience in timber construction.
* Job Summary:
Primary role will be reading & interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to estimate quantities and values as part of our quotation process. We will provide the software and systems training for fresher.
- Understand the general building industry.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and engineering.
- Estimate project costs and creating design plans for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, conducting material and labor cost assessments, and preparing accurate project estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts and create detailed construction drawings.
- Detail using industry software programs, in Australian Construction Methods, especially Timber Houses and software's is a plus.
- Ensure customer queries are actioned and resolved appropriately in a timely manner to avoid construction delays.
- Be able to work in a team or independently.
- Contribute to language-related projects and initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
