Mô tả công việc
- Plan and coordinate various events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and distribute PR materials such as advertisements, press releases, and blog posts to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales and Content teams to align messaging and objectives for events and marketing campaigns.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate prices with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Execute both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to strengthen branding and messaging.
- Liaise with EEVS and external associations to maintain consistent branding and communication strategies.
- Establish and uphold corporate protocols for trademark and copyright usage to maintain brand integrity.
- Reasearch and connect for potential collaborations in the industry.
- Manage internal and external relationships, leveraging resources to deliver value to the organization.
- Provide insights and assistance to the marketing and communication team, overseeing IT and artwork functions.
- Maintain records of marketing and communication data, preparing plans, proposals, and reports as required.
- Adapt to business requirements and directives from executive management.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Media.
- Proven experience in planning and organizing both online and offline events.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Premiere).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for the marketing field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a collaborative working style.
