We are currently opening a new office in Ho Chi Minh City.
About this role
You will be the 'go-to' person for a range of stakeholders and relied upon to ensure the smooth running of scheduled commitments, driving workflow and planning, providing administration and company secretariat.
What we are looking for
You will have the chance to apply your administration and organisation skills across a wide range of written and digital communications from essential business records, such as minutes of meetings that clearly and concisely records a board resolution, through to investor presentations that evocatively articulates a client's value proposition.
You will also work across a range of portal and CRM systems covering workflows such as CMS, payments, social, accounting, compliance, policy libraries, research databases and others.

You will also work across a range of portal and CRM systems covering workflows such as CMS, payments, social, accounting, compliance, policy libraries, research databases and others.

Key responsibilities of this role
• Scheduling meetings in a sensible and convenient manner
• Handling incoming emails
• Ensuring agendas are on purpose and circulated in a timely manner
• Ensuring diaries are maintained with accuracy
• Filtering emails, phone calls, documentation and requests
• Creating and maintaining Sharepoint filing systems
• Participate and record the content of internal meetings when requested
• Drafting board papers
• Carry out communication and information transmission from the CEO to relevant departments
• Development of presentations for use in investor communications such as pitch decks, prospectus and offer documents
• Assisting in the development of content for websites, social media and publicity purposes
• Participate in foreign affairs and meet customers, if requested
• Researching and preparing reports that support key management decisions
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
• Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
• An ability to solve problems and facilitate change
• Outstanding verbal and written English communications skills
• Digital competence including website, email and social media marketing
• Initiative and a strong work ethic
• Quick and accurate typing
• A clear understanding of discretion, respect and awareness of confidential information
• Naturally, you will also possess sound listening skills and a positive resilient personality
Essential Criteria
• At least 2 years experience supporting an English-speaking team or senior executive
• Degree qualified, preferably in a business-related field
• A whiz using Office 365 (intermediate to advanced level)
• Professional manner and excellent English-language communication skills
