'- System and FCC data administration to ensure compliance with internal regulations, legal regulations, international practices and in accordance with TCB's risk appetite for safe and sustainable business operations.
- Ensure effectively build and implement FCC System and data management to meet the business requirement, apply new technology trends in BAU
- Promote the bank-wide compliance culture in terms of FCC data in BAU

Key Accountabilities (1)

'1. System Operation Management
- Design and operate a financial crime compliance system management framework
- Research, propose and implement solutions to deploy system features to meet the needs of system administration, operation and compliance with legal regulations
- Supervise the operation of the system to ensure that business requirements are fully and well implemented.
- Guide and support units to operate and use the system in the process of deployment and usage
- Training and communicating changes in the application of systems and tools in practice.
- Monitor and supervise the operation of AMLead system as assigned
2. Data Management
- Design and operate a FCC Data Management Framework in the key data quality, privacy, and governance pillars
- Research, propose and deploy database management solutions to meet the needs of administration, operation and the rapid growth of the FCC database system.
- Develop policies, procedures, and guiding documents related to the administration and operation of FCC database systems
- Exploit, analyze data and provide reporting data as required, ensure integrity, security and compliance with regulations.
- Perform advanced analytics/predictive analytics, modeling, machine learning combined with AI for FCC early detection, prevention, and monitoring
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Graduated from University majoring in IT/Mathematics/Management Information System/Software Technology; Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Banking
At least 8 years of experience in administration and operation of Oracle, MS SQL Server databases;
Experience in developing and deploying technology systems in the field of banking and financial companies
Having knowledge of IT in the field of Banking - Finance;
Proficient in databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL (basic), DB2 (basic).

Foreign language (English): Minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
