Fashion Design Officer - Biên HòaCÔNG TY TNHH FASHION GARMENTS

This position is responsible for working on various design projects, learning from experienced professionals, and contributing fresh ideas to help create visually appealing and effective design solutions. This position will work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently, meeting both creative and business objectives.
• Creating tech packs and handling own styles from cad - sample stage whilst liaising with the relevant internal and external teams for the same- under the guidance of the direct manager
• Creating tech pack
• Handover to technical and merchandising team
• Liaising with printing/ embellishment, washing plants.
• Checking on sample whilst in process
• Reviewing final fit on dummy before being dispatched - with the Assistant Design Manager.
• Supporting the Senior Designer / Assistant Manager to ensure constant interaction and seasonal feeds are proposed to the customer on time.
• Staying updated on design trends & emerging technologies
• Liaising with & ordering fabrics / trims for the relevant season based on the seasonal proposals proactively - with the guidance of the direct manager.
• Building relationships with the suppliers (i.e. fabric trims embellishment print wash) in ensuring seasonal feeds.
• Ensuring Boardroom setups are Customer specific & the prep prior to the meeting is done - Including coordinating with factories and Merchandising teams to bring down the samples relevant for the visit - with the guidance of the direct manager.
• Excellent relationships are maintained with all internal and external parties.
• Fostering a positive & collaborative work environment within the Design team and with multiple stakeholders.
• Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
