Mô tả công việc
Job Summary
- Lead Fleet Approach Activity (summarize & report activities weekly/monthly, get biz with new fleet as OB target)
- Lead Field test/Monitoring test activities (instruct PIC to make/align yearly plan, deploy to teammates to execute, summarize & report result periodically, manage progress)
- Lead Product Survey activities (instruct PIC to make survey plan, deploy to teammates to execute, analyze & report to BOM, manage progress)
- TECH PIC in Central area, Binh Duong province & 6 districts in HCM city (execute common works & fleet approach to support biz)
- Handle market issues in territory in charge and support teammates in south to handle as well.
Responsibilities
1. Fleet Approach: (FA)
- Make scheme for FA program (trial use/monitoring test)
- Align FA scheme with ASM/HOD, deploy to teammates
- Set FA target for each PIC according to 24OB
- Follow activities, summarize & report to HOD weekly, company monthly (in monthly report)
- Manage progress to achieve OB target (#new fleet get biz, key activities execution as timeline/Action plan)
2. Field test/Monitoring test:
- Instruct PIC to make/align yearly plan (test objective, #test, timeline, budget)
- Set target for each PIC/align with Leader/HOD
- Instruct PIC to prepare test instruction, proposal, supporting documents
- Deploy to teammates to seek potential fleet candidates to conduct test
- Follow mounting, period inspection and summarize, update result to Team/HOD/BOM/GD
- Manage progress to obtain sufficient data to contribute for product planning, Sales activity
3. Product Survey (Scrap tires survey + VOC + CVI):
- Instruct PIC to make plan target, survey area, timeline
- Align with HOD, deploy project to teammates to execute
- Communicate with dealers/fleets to collect scrap tires
- On-field survey (inspect scrap tires, interview VOC)
- Instruct PIC to consolidate data, analyze & report
- Manage progress to achieve survey target, value output
4. FE COMMON WORKS & TECHNICAL ISSUES SUPPORT IN TERRITORY (EXECUTING & SUPPORTING)
- Handle claim tires / market issues in territory in charge
- Execute Field test/Monitoring test as assigned target
- Execute survey activity as assigned target
- Execute fleet approach activity to support biz (Drive sales by technical data)
- Build market profiles to understand overview market, take right action to maximize contribution to biz
5. Count survey: end to end process
- Instruct PIC to make plan target, survey area, timeline
- Align with HOD & related Dept.
- Communicate with procurement for vendor selection
- Follow up On-field status, consolidate data, analyze & report
- Manage progress to achieve survey target, value output

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor / Engineer degree in Chemical/Auto Industry
2. Experience: at least 7 years in automobile & tire
3. English: medium level, common communication
Skills
Good technical background
High logical, problem solving, customer orientated
Communication and reporting with proficient MS office
