This a Finance and Legal Operation Support Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
· A degree in economics, finance, legal, or similar field, final-year student;
· Be able to work full-time for a period of 6 months;
· Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Vietnamese;
· Great knowledge of Excel and analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
· Honesty and integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information.
You're good at:
· Assist in setting up contracts and ensure they pass Quality Control (QC) checks before submission to the legal team;
· Follow up with the legal team to obtain necessary approvals;
· Monitor and follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely processing;
· Help create Purchase Orders (POs) in our internal system;
· Provide necessary documentation for the PO creation process and payment;
· Ensure a faster and more efficient process for the Production team, with a particular focus on urgent deposits and payments;
· Deal with suppliers (suppliers relationship) managing conversation on terms adjustment.
You're extra awesome at:
• Coordinating with Finance Line Manager(s) to do the monthly closing booking
• Providing support to Finance Line Manager(s) in monthly reports (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT)
