I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Financial Analysis & Planning:
Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support sourcing strategies and decisions.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for sourcing activities.
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic partner to the Sourcing team, offering financial guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
Facilitate informed decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.
Cost Management:
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the sourcing process.
Analyze cost structures and negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
Track and report on key financial metrics related to sourcing activities.
Risk Management:
Assess financial risks associated with sourcing activities and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all sourcing transactions.
Conduct financial due diligence on new vendors and sourcing partners.
Process Improvement:
Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance financial processes related to sourcing.
Implement best practices in financial management and reporting for the sourcing function.
Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and governance.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders effectively.
Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
