Mô tả công việc
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to support company growth.
Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and performance improvement.
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets across departments.
Ensure accurate allocation of resources to optimize company operations and expansion.
Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records, including A/R, A/P, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and international financial standards.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
Prepare detailed financial reports for the CFO and executive management.
Provide insights and recommendations on improving financial performance and cost control.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Set objectives and manage performance to build a high-performing finance department.
Identify and mitigate financial risks related to market conditions, investments, and operational activities.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and updated as necessary.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA is preferred).
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.
At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience managing financial operations in a rapidly growing company is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.
At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience managing financial operations in a rapidly growing company is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
