Finance Manager in-charge of Hyundai Aluminum Vina Shareholding Company
Support management
- Support SM/CFO/CEO to provide data when it is required
- Proactively support high level management for reporting and ad hoc urgent report
- Assist higher levels with all finance and accounting issues;
- Perform other ad-hoc as required by SM and CFO
Manage issue and lead finance manager & other department
- Solve issue related accouinting , tax, closing and lead meeting with other teams
- Push other department to keep due date and follow-up finace procedure and policy
- Review closing result and manage closing schedule to keep due date
- Guide and monitor works of team members
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Partner with leads from various departments to ensure the completion of integration work in a timely and efficient manner;
Liaise with related authority and partners
- Deal with auditor for the audit, closing, tax issues
- Liaise with tax authorities
- Liaise directly/indirectly with external auditors and tax offices;
Operation works
- Prepare monthly financial report with analysis
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Do monthly closing in local accounting system and SAP
- Review tax declarations
- Analyze cost and perform finance modeling for detailed cost analysis
Working location
- Work with finance director at Hung Yen/ Hanoi
