- Job Description:
- Assist the Board of Directors in transactions with foreign partners.
- Manage relationships with the company's strategic partners, prepare content for cooperation agreements, and update training programs and promotions from the company.
- Carry out import and export tasks such as negotiating foreign trade contracts, coordinating with logistics units, and handling customs procedures for importing and exporting goods.
- Update regulations and circulars related to import and export.
- Support in organizing events that contribute to building the company's image.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
- Job Requirements:
- Female, aged 22-25, attractive appearance.
- University graduate in economics, trade, international relations, or foreign languages; able to work directly in English.
- Proficient in office software and internet usage.
- Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; no speech impediments or regional accents.
- Presentable, diligent, meticulous, responsible, capable of working independently, and managing time effectively.
- Preference for candidates with graphic software skills and knowledge in Marketing and PR.
