As the Founding Project Manager, you will spearhead the coordination and execution of foundational initiatives, including token migration, defi pools, the Testnet, and the Founders Key NFT sale. Your role encompasses planning, overseeing project activities, managing budgets, aligning internal and external teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. In the fast-evolving crypto landscape, your adaptability, strategic insight, and commitment to fostering a collaborative, innovative culture will be crucial. And you will be multifaceted and dynamic, reporting directly to the Founding team, you'll be responsible for:
Project Oversight
Planning and overseeing the execution of all project-related activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
Managing the project budget and financial resources: Carefully monitor and control project expenses to ensure efficient use of funds.
Team Collaboration
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to align project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and efficient execution of tasks.
Strategic Alignment
Ensure that all project activities align with the overall strategic goals and vision of ORANGE Web3.
Collaborate with leadership to define and refine project objectives based on strategic priorities.
Risk Management.
Identify potential risks to project delivery and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships.
Provide regular project updates, communicating project status, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
