Mô tả công việc

• Integrate company policies and processes into development plans
• Develop user friendly software for in-house use
• Train users on software usage
• Provide technical support to software users
• Continuously improve software based on user feedback
• Analyze existing, current, and upcoming processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:
• Required - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related majors
2. Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in direct full-stack development
• Experience with developing ERP systems for in-house use or for external clients
• Experience in developing software for use in manufacturing environments (data acquisition, storage, handling, display, and reporting)
3. Core Skills:
• Understanding of manufacturing cycles, its processes and requirements
• Full-stack technologies (LAMP, MEAN, or similar)
• UI/UX knowledge (HTML5, CSS, or similar) focusing on efficient operation
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and server systems
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
4. Soft Skills:
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
• Project management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and being able to work without constant supervision
