About this role

As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will develop the user interfaces for and manage the full lifecycles of AI/ML application experiences.

About our team

Our global AI, Data & Analytics Division at Renesas is experiencing an increasing demand for AI and Generative AI (LLM) based solutions. Working closely with our business partners, we deliver AI solutions to help drive value for Renesas at a global enterprise scale. We are seeking passionate candidates that will thrive as part of a global team of technologists that love empowering customers, collaborating with teammates, and using the latest AI and Data technologies.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain full stack AI/ML applications using Databricks tools and frameworks
• Build and enhance user interfaces and experiences for AI solutions, including front-end and back-end systems and deploying complete applications
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in AI/ML applications and Databricks technologies

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with web development frameworks and tools, such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc. for AI applications
• Proficient in Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, [protected info] or other programming languages for full stack AI/ML development
• Familiarity with Databricks products and services
• Have working knowledge of CI/CD
• Effective communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills
• Passionate about creating innovative and impactful AI/ML solutions

Additional Information

Strongly Preferred

• Databricks Certifications
• Experience in developing and deploying full stack AI/ML applications using Databricks products and services
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Azure is preferred
• Knowledge in LLM use cases such as RAG
• Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies
