Technical Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in modern PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony)
- Proven fullstack capabilities with modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue)
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern frameworks
- Data migration expertise
- Experience with AI API implementations
- Advanced DevOps knowledge including:

Either: Active GitHub profile with complete projects built from scratch

Team Leadership & Communication

- Guide our WordPress developer's growth into modern PHP development
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Lead by example in code quality and development practices
