PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• GA monthly payment (communication service, cleaning service, office supplies...)
• Asset management (office facilities, equipment...)
• Provide and check cleaning service/office supplies every day
• Company event celebration (birthday party...)
• Monthly purchase and manage office consumable, cleaning supplies, stationery & other office supplies
• Parcel services support
• Guest/ visitor support
• Prepare for meeting (meeting room, snack, drink...)
• Support for new commers
• Update O&M personnel information
• HR interview support
• Office general support for expats & local employee's issue
• Other GA tasks/ functions that may be assigned from time to time.
