You'll do
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of financial transactions.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and optimizing tax planning strategies.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and address any compliance-related issues.
Provide guidance, support, and training to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development and enhancing the overall team performance.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including providing financial insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and propose process improvements.
Establish and maintain internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
