Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a General Accountant (Manufacturing/Chinese, $1800, ID15450)
Project planning and construction application management, including: planning and designing the project, preparing construction application materials, applying for approval, etc., to ensure that the project complies with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
Following up on the project approval process, including: coordinating with government departments, submitting construction application documents, tracking approval progress, etc., to ensure that the project can obtain relevant approvals and permits on time.
Develop a construction application plan according to project needs, laws and regulations, including: project land planning, architectural design, environmental assessment, etc., to ensure the compliance and feasibility of the project.
Have an in-depth understanding of and familiarity with laws and regulations on land planning, urban planning, and construction projects to ensure that the planning, design, and construction application of the project
Communicate and coordinate with government departments, design institutes, construction units and other relevant parties to solve problems and obstacles in the construction application process and promote the smooth progress of the project.
Organizing and archiving project construction application-related information, including: planning and design documents, approval documents, project construction drawings, etc., to ensure the integrity and verifiability of project files.
Carry out quality management and supervision of design documents, approval documents, etc. during the construction application process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documents and avoid errors and omissions.
Lead and manage the construction application team, including: planning designers, construction application specialists, etc., conduct team training and improve capabilities, and improve the team's work efficiency and quality level.
Requirement
Male/Female; Age: under 50 years old.
Graduated from University in major Finance/Accounting.
At least 05 years of General Accounting and Finance experience at large-scale manufacturing FDI companies or MNCs.
Ability to cover Finance, Accounting, Taxes, Financial Reporting, Internal Auditing, ...
Proficient in using Accounting and Financial software.
Good command in Chinese, can use English at work.
