Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the General Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and take accurate minutes.
Draft correspondence and presentations as instructed.
Project Support:
Translate document and present to project team.
Communicate effectively with Head Quarter by Korean.
Assist the General Director with various projects by performing research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and facilitate project progress.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Remain informed about company developments and industry trends.
Stay up-to-date on relevant technology and utilize necessary software efficiently.
Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role.
Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Figma.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor and discretion.
