Responsibilities
and process month-end journals, perform month end closing and reporting activities, manage stake-holders communications for any exceptions, deviations issue resolutions.
for General ledger including GL reconciliation, Revenue/inventory/cost/intercompany accounting, Accruals/ provisions/ pre-payment accounting, trial balance and preliminary financial statements preparation, Period end activities, IA continuous monitoring etc.
for Fixed asset accounting including Projects & Work Orders set up, Cost Accumulation, Asset book/tax record creation, depreciation calculations, asset depreciation, retirement/ impairment value/ sale & trade of asset recording etc.
for Cost and revenue allocation/ accounting including allocation set up, Cost Analysis, Maintenance of costing sheets, allocations into cost pool, Cost computations (e.g., allocation %s) and validation of allocation entries, Revenue Recognition Accounting, Month end and year end close entries etc.
perform tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.
and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
Qualifications We Seek in You:
Minimum qualifications
Degree in Accounting
years of relevant work experience on RTR activities
Vietnam language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
English language skills (verbal and written)
experience of working in Microsoft Dynamic 365, SAP, S4HANA, Oracle
understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have
typing speed, to handle and manage communications with external and internal stakeholders
