About The Role
If helping young professionals to discover careers they love is what you love, this might be your cup of tea. As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be building, curating, and consulting our talent community, helping them to discover great opportunities and match them up to great companies.
What You'll Be Doing
Talk to clients and understand the profile of talent they need;
Talk to candidates and understand their career needs;
Source for potential and specific candidates;
Initiatives to attract candidates and build our talent community;
Curate & shortlist candidates to connect them to clients;
Juggling dozens of hiring processes simultaneously, including providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward;
Prep candidates for interviews;
Track data and provide feedback to the team that will make the marketplace and recruiting process more efficient

Who We Are Looking For
Experience working within headhunting, recruitment, or sales experience;
A people person and high EQ;
