- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
- This is an entry level position, the employee must demonstrate a willingness to learn quantity surveying processes and principles. Years of experience: Entry Level to 1 Years of post graduate work experience.
- Basic knowledge of softwares for commercial purposes.
- Basic knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards.
- Basic time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Intermediate written and spoken communication skills with a minimum basic understanding of English.
