Mô tả công việc
* Job Purpose
The post holder is key member of the Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will work with key leadership, Marketing and Events staff to ensure a vibrant, modern approach to school design and presentation assets/collaterals for internal and external use, digital and non-digital. This is a diverse and technically rewarding role with extensive opportunities to deliver on key strategic initiatives for the school: exceptional experiences and unparalleled service.
* Scope of Work
- Designs Marketing materials for brand awareness, events, and social media posts, including but not limited to:
• Brochures/Flyers/Posters
• Images for social media posts
• Web banners
• Clips/Videos
• Advertorials
• In-school materials: Signage, name tags, forms, etc.
- Supports School Faculty with designing Academic materials including but not limited to curriculum summary, handbooks, newsletters, yearbook, presentation graphics;
- Develops, implements, and updates Renaissance International School Saigon Brand and Visual Identity Guidelines. Translates strategic direction into high quality design assets within an established Brand and Visual Identity Guidelines with a consistent and contemporary look and feel;
- Manages the Design Request Ticket System, generating weekly, monthly and termly brief reports to relevant stakeholders;
- Addresses any other design requests as needed.
* Technological and Artistic Skills
- Uses Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign);
- Has ability to build/edit video facilities (using Premier/After effects/Capcut software);
- Has photography skills and proficiency with photo-editing software is an advantage;
* Interdepartmental Communications
- Towards clients/requestors:
• Handles client inquiries, interprets requirements, and provides comprehensive advice on all services using the Brand Guidelines and trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets;
• Presents design concepts, produces proofs, processes amendments, and ensures correct electronic artwork;
• Discusses briefs with clients, providing expert advice to agree on effective solutions;
• Collaborates with colleagues and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of jobs.
- Towards in-house and corporate Marketing Teams:
• Works with Copywriter and Website Manager to keep content vibrant and on brand;
• With the Events Coordinator, maintains a bank of high-quality visual assets;
• Provides classy inspiration and innovative thinking to the rest of the in-house and corporate Marketing Team.
- Performs other duties given by the Head of School and/or Director of Admissions and Communication.

Yêu cầu
* Experience / Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related field (such as visual communication, communication design, fine arts, multimedia design, advertising, or marketing).
• At least 3 successful years in the same role, preferably at an international school
* Skills
• A strong and confident communicator, able to control discussion in planning and logistics meetings
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask, often under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrable experience of working in an in-house design service as part of an integrated communications or marketing offer in a similar creative environment
• Highly developed knowledge of and proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative
Suite applications, and Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to organise and manage own workload and deliver effective, value-for money and timely design
• Creative problem solving, individually and as part of a team
• Ability to sensitively deal with confidential issues
• Ability to form strong working relationships and team spirit with relevant stakeholders
• Ability to manage projects collaboratively from brief to completion, including specifying for printing (and obtaining estimates/quotations)
• Commitment to continuous service improvement, and personal learning and development
• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Hard-working, with ability to prioritise
* Qualities specific to a dual-language school
• Fluency in written and oral Vietnamese
• Fluency in written and oral English
• An understanding of other cultures (including, but not confined to, Korean)
