Key responsibilities
1. Graphic Design:
- Create and design digital assets, including banners, ads, social media graphics, and email templates, that align with the [protected info] brand guidelines.
- Develop visually appealing designs for websites, landing pages, and app interfaces to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for campaigns and special events.
2. Animation:
- Design and produce engaging 2D animations for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and app.
- Create animations for live-streaming sessions to enhance viewer engagement and provide a dynamic visual experience.
- Develop animated infographics and explainer videos to communicate key messages and product features effectively.
3. Content Creation for E-commerce Platforms:
- Design graphics and animations for e-commerce platforms, focusing on product displays, promotional offers, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to create visually appealing and conversion-driven content for online sales and promotions.
- Ensure all visual content is optimized for performance across different devices and platforms.
4. Live-streaming Support:
- Create real-time graphics and animations to support live-streaming sessions, enhancing the visual appeal and viewer interaction.
- Develop overlays, transitions, and other visual elements to maintain a high-quality live-streaming experience.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure visual content aligns with the live-streaming strategy and audience engagement goals.
5. Brand Consistency:
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all digital channels, ensuring that all design and animation work adheres to brand guidelines.
- Develop and update style guides and design templates to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital materials.
- Work with the marketing team to refine and evolve the brand's visual identity as needed.
6. Collaboration and Innovation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Provide creative input and feedback to improve design processes and workflows.
7. Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Use project management tools to track progress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in design and animation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant tools.
- Experience creating digital content for e-commerce platforms and live-streaming environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and animation work, including digital ads, social media graphics, website designs, and animations.
- Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and video editing software is a plus.
