The Offline Payment division at MoMo is at the forefront of transforming how payments are made. We are a fast-expanding team dedicated to bringing innovative payment solutions to merchants and consumers. Our team is driven by a strong focus on innovation and people development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Build detailed user growth programs to drive both acquisition and retention for assigned projects, encompassing various levers such as marketing, promotions, product optimization;
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs;
Utilize data analytics to optimize promotional programs and communication messages based on user behaviors, achieving cost reduction while increasing user growth, continuously optimize through sprints to reach set targets;
Lead the execution of growth initiatives with a cross-disciplinary team of growth, marketing, product, tech, data...; ensuring alignment and secure the support needed to execute growth plans;
Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in-app and external channels;
Work closely with product team to provide user insights & business-led product development;
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives; provide regular reports, analysis and insights to support decision making.
