in responding to notices from tax authorities and preparing documentation for
audits.
Tax
return preparation: Tax/accounting interns gather, copy/scan and input all the
information in VAT invoices using tax department's required template to prepare
accurate and compliant tax filings.
Providing
VAS accounting books (system's JDE limitation): translation of the book,
mapping the VAS accounts, re-do the accounting books based on the local regulations.
Compile
and organize financial documents and receipts required for tax audit.
Reconcile
tax-related accounts, proposing adjustments to ensure accurate tax reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a
focus in accounting, finance, or related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial
analysis
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), good at computer
typing skills.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTION
Define and develop the improvement of manufacturing process to meet high standard and internal customer needs.
Create, sustain, and review process flow, work instruction, machine trouble shooting and concerned documentations.
Create and maintain all company quality documentations, such as: quality procedures, work instructions, data cards, staff roster, training profile etc. required by standard requirements.
Improve quality process by improving process of 8D, Quality built in concept, Line side review (process audit by following work instruction and critical points control) activities.
Be responsible for continuous improvement activities and consolidate the progress of improvement program from other departments.- Work actively with other departments to provide and support the lean knowledge.
Design internal process issues with corrective action to improve quality standard.
Collaborate with cross functional team to perform cost production optimization tasks (from raw material, energy source, machine running time, and other factors...) by building solutions/formulas to measure production cost to improve machine, equipment, material, operating procedure and yield to achieve operating cost.
CI works as Knauf requirement or APAC requests.
Work upon supervisor's assignments or any other job duties as assigned.
