We're looking for a Front-end developer in the early stages of their career for a 6-month internship at HYBRBASE in Ho Chi Minh City.
You'll dedicate 20% of your time to learning and 80% to contributing to product-based projects alongside a team of 3 developers, 2 designers, and a product manager. This role is key to bridging the gap between design and back-end development. You'll work closely with designers to translate their visions into reality, building responsive, scalable, and accessible UI components that elevate our design system. You'll also gain valuable insights into how the front-end interacts with the back-end.
To excel in this role, it's important that you genuinely enjoy building custom UI components from scratch and are passionate about using them to create top-notch, accessible front-end applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and performant front-end applications using [protected info], [protected info], and related technologies.
Convert designs into pixel-perfect front-end layouts that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
Build modular, scalable, and reusable UI components that can be easily integrated into various projects and platforms.
Implement efficient state management and data fetching mechanisms.
Optimize application performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth interactions.
What we're looking for
Early in your career as a developer.
Able to identify the areas within front-end development where you excel and are most passionate (e.g., [protected info], [protected info], UI component libraries, accessibility, data visualization) and take ownership of these aspects in projects.
Collaborate effectively, recognize limitations, and make informed requests for support from team.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
Good at explaining technical ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking.

Experience with design systems and Storybook
Good in writing native Javascript and CSS
