As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying and sourcing top talent. You will conduct in-depth market research, build candidate pipelines, and provide valuable insights to our recruitment team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about research, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Research: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, industry forums, and networking events.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate profiles and contact information.
Reporting: Prepare and present research reports and candidate profiles to the recruitment team. Highlight key findings and trends to support decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with consultants in Singapore and Vietnam to understand client requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates to enhance the firm's talent network.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to candidate management and research activities, CV format
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a research or recruiting role is preferred, but not required.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using search engines, social media for candidate sourcing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
