Job Responsibilities
Sales System Administration: Oversee and maintain the sales system, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
Report Generation: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales activities, performance metrics, and other key data.
Expense Claims Support: Assist in processing and tracking expense claims
Purchasing: Handle procurement of goods and services required for sales activities and events, managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms as needed.
Event Sourcing: Research and source materials, equipment, and services for sales events and activations, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Associates on project, providing administrative support and coordinating activities as required.
Other tasks require by manager.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or sales support role
Quick learner, meticulous, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and detail oriented.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with sales systems and reporting tools is preferred.
