Mô tả công việc
Your role & responsibilities
- Oversee the planning,execution, and delivery of projects through every phase and sprint.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Work closely with the team and stakeholders to plan for every phase and sprint.
- Manage tasks, changes and risks to ensure the sprint goals and timeline are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Conduct regular project reviews and improvements as necessary.
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira).
- Understanding of fintech products and services is a big plus.
