Mô tả công việc
* Research market and communication trends as well as client's information
- Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in relating fields
- Acquire understanding about the brand's product or service, the market and its consumers - and understand their objectives in terms of sales, market-share, brand awareness and positionin
* Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution
- Build strong, long-term brand relationships and maintain frequent interaction
- Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end-to-end project management
- Understand larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on brand's overall performance
- Manage brand's expectations and interpret brand's feedback for change or improvement
* Coordinate with other departments and team members
- Oversee various execution stages and ensure adequate resources to meet projects' deadlines, maximizing internal interests and external profits
- Create organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
- Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas of growth
* Digital Project Manager
- MKT Automation Strategy and coordinator
- Communication leader in brands development on ecommerce platforms or their own website
* Other tasks assigned by the line manager
- Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested

- Experience: With at least 5 years of marketing communications experiences
- Education: BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Knowledge: High-end product market, Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding,
products, distribution...)
