Role & Responsibilites:
- The Product Manager is responsible to develops products strategy and promotional tactics, development and well conduct marketing strategy & brand planning.
- Conduct market research and analysis to strengthen the brand's marketing efforts and drive sales profits.
- Oversee regulatory standards to ensure products are aligned with Pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
- Has good capability to achieve financial targets. Independent manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, Advertising & Promotion allocation & tracking.
- Good collaboration with cross-functional department or ex/internal key stakeholders
- (e.g. sales team, inventory, digital marketing, finance controller, etc.)
- Has capability to exchange market insight to Digital Marketer and co-create the best digital strategy
Expectation:
- Have related scientific knowledge and prior work experience in a Pharmaceutical organization. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager is a plus.
- Be pro-active and results-oriented
- Excellent communications (written & verbal), management and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks a must
- Strong sense of teamwork, dignity, integrity and respect
- Proficient experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of branding, pricing and market research strategies with respect to pharma areas necessary
