The Brand Marketing team at Chợ Tốt is searching for a dynamic Video Content Creator to bring our brand and sub-brands (Nhà Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt) to life. As a Video Content Creator, you will lead the production and creation of innovative videos that tell our story, promote our products, and enhance our brands. This role involves developing a video-based content strategy and producing creative video assets for campaigns and ongoing brand activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and the ability to optimize the Brand Marketing team's efforts.
Job Responsibilities
PLANNING:
Craft and execute monthly content plans and video schedules that align with our marketing goals and resonate with our audience.
Stay ahead of the curve by diving into the latest trends, analyzing new data, and mastering cutting-edge marketing and social media techniques, especially innovative video editing tools.
Brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative ideas that connect with current trends and deeply engage our audience.
EXECUTION:
Conceptualize, script, and storyboard videos that reflect our company goals and brand objectives while captivating our target audience with compelling stories.
Produce both short-form and long-form video content, on various platforms from mobile-first as TikTok, YouTube shorts, and Facebook Reels, ... to landscape video forms, for campaigns and brand activities, ensuring each piece embodies our brand's unique voice.
Execute end-to-end in-house TikTok video production, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, to deliver polished and high-quality content every time. Be ready to attend the video filming as a Tiktoker, a talent to ensure the creative requirements.
Continuously explore new video styles and techniques, experimenting with formats to keep our content fresh and appealing, making a lasting impression on diverse audiences.
Attend events and offline activities to record footage and capture key moments, transforming them into engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision.
OPERATION & ANALYSIS:
Build a sense of community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing our brand channels to foster meaningful connections.
Evaluate video performance metrics and insights, adjusting content strategies to enhance engagement and drive growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in creating viral video content on TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms, with a portfolio that highlights your creativity and success.
It's a plus if you have a proven track record of managing trending TikTok channels or creating viral videos, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to produce engaging and widely shared content in the video platform.
A deep understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, challenges, and unique community culture.
Exceptional visual and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing and sharing compelling stories through video.
Deep understanding of video platforms, trends, challenges, and their unique community cultures, along with expertise in social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.
A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in your work. Be responsive, visible, and ready to make a difference.
Strong command of both English and Vietnamese languages.
