JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Event Concept and Plan Development (40%)
- Work with the creative team to design unique event concept, communications plan and execution plans.
- Ensure events align with the agency's creative vision and client brand guidelines.
- Stay current with event/ activation trends
2. Event Project Management (60%)
- Manage project timming, budget, logistics effectively with all relevant department
- Manage and oversee the production process of creative materials, production output from concept to execution.
- Allocate team resources efficiently across multiple projects to deliver project quality, good profit and client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., account management, social media) to ensure to ensure smooth event execution.
- Ensure all event elements meet quality standards and deliver on timeline
- Evaluate performance after projects
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education:
• BSc/BA in advertising, communications, marketing or relevant field.
2. Skill & Knowledge:
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of leading successful event activation projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Experience:
• At least 2-year experience in the same position. Perfer experience in event/ activation agency.
