Job Description
Collaborate with the Planning team to deliver the production schedule.
Consolidate the data from the Planning and Production team to update the report daily and weekly
Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production team to check the status of material inventory.
Daily Monitor production schedule of Planning team and coordinate with concerning sections in production to solve the issues to make sure the orders are delivered on time as planned.
Working with the Planning and Production team to support urgent/priority orders for customer requirements as lead time agreement.
Some other tasks related.
Qualifications
Proactive at work.
Hardworking,
Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written, communication skills and detail-oriented,
Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software. Especially Excel in advance.
Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
