ABOUT THE JOB

You ensure that execution and strategy are aligned by working with Sub-Domain Lead, Exec Tech, Product Owners and Domain Orchestration Lead, including ensuring that work is progressively elaborated.

You are responsible for a portfolio of Digital Servicing transformational initiatives, from identification to implementation and measurement, to ensure business outcomes are delivered with Agility, speed and low cost. This is an exciting time to join this team undergoing significant investment in market leading Digital servicing, content management and AI based Digital conversation capabilities. This role will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering data and AI driven customer outcomes.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of both change and run activities in a Sub-Domain.
• Drive the 12-18 month roadmap of Business outcomes and EPICS within your Sub-Domain aligned to the overarching Domain roadmap.
• Ensure Progressive Elaboration processes are in place and effectively managed working with Sub-Domain Leads, Execs Tech, Product Owners, Architects and RTE's.
• Facilitate the Sub-Domain Governance forum including prioritisation, 90 day planning and input for QDR including cross Domain dependencies.
• Drive workforce planning for the Sub-Domain and its Squads (supported by Chapter Leads) creating the inputs to the Sub-Domain Governance forums.
• Lead financial planning and management for the Sub-Domain, liaising with the, Product Owners, RTEs, Investment Finance and Domain Orchestration Lead.
• Drive continuous improvement, from identification to implementation and measurement
• Support Agile Coaches and Chapter Leads with capability uplift in agile ways of working across the Sub-Domain.
• Where required, support Product Owners with the alignment of the delivery of Business Outcomes across Squads and (Sub) Domains.

Your Skills and Experience

• Digital Project and portfolio management, preference in Digital servicing, AI conversational banking (virtual assistant, chat bot)
• Ability to plan and deliver in an accelerated, agile, and iterative approach.
• Sprint and 3 quarter horizon planning with upstream/downstream dependent technology and business teams via collaborative and big room planning.
• Shaping and costing initiatives in an accelerated manner.
• Complex Stakeholder management and navigating complex political structures
• Financial management, planning and forecasting using modern techniques (e.g., Story point accounting).
• Capacity management and resource allocation.
• Proactive identification and implementation of continuous delivery optimization. Ability to challenge status quo and theoretical practices and to tailor NAB models to align with a more agile, accelerated, low cost, digital and customer outcomes delivery.
• Tracking, measuring and continuous improvement of team performance to ensure a high performing team culture with a growth mindset.
• Large scale shaping and agile delivery experience within complex environments.
