Strategy & Planning
• IT Vision and Strategy: Align IT strategy with business goals, fostering innovation and prioritizing IT initiatives.
• Organizational Structure: Establish an efficient IT structure to support business needs, including goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Resource Allocation: Identify and justify IT investments, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT investments and develop disaster recovery plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to the IT organization and processes.
Acquisition & Deployment
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and system requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee project selection, acquisition, development, and implementation.
• Standards and Policies: Define and enforce corporate standards for IT acquisition, implementation, operation & procedures.
Operational Management
• Service Delivery: Ensure continuous IT service delivery, monitor performance, and adhere to SLAs.
• End-User Support: Provide effective end-user support services.
• Staff Management: Recruit, develop, and manage IT staff to meet organizational needs.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors for IT products and services.
• Infrastructure & Security Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure & Security.
• Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with laws and regulations.
