The Health Club Supervisor is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the gym, fitness classes, pool, and wellness areas, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests:
Supervise daily operations of the health club, including the gym, fitness studio, and wellness facilities, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Oversee and schedule fitness instructors, trainers, and attendants, ensuring proper coverage and a welcoming presence for guests.
Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all fitness equipment, coordinating with maintenance for timely repairs and regular inspections.
Develop and monitor health club programs, activities, and classes, staying updated on industry trends to provide engaging options for guests.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to provide the best possible health and wellness experience.
Conduct regular training for health club staff, focusing on guest service, equipment usage, safety procedures, and wellness knowledge.
Monitor inventory and order health club supplies, including towels, amenities, and fitness equipment, in coordination with the Spa & Wellness Manager.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards and emergency protocols within the health club.
Assist in promoting resort wellness services and packages, providing tours and information to guests interested in fitness and wellness offerings.
Prepare operational reports as required by the Spa & Wellness Manager, including guest usage data, equipment conditions, and staff performance feedback.
