JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Localizing Content: Assist in the localization of content to ensure it resonates with diverse audiences across various regions.Collaborate with the content team to translate and adapt marketing materials, product documentation, and social media posts.Conduct research on cultural nuances and preferences to enhance the effectiveness of localized content.
Social Media Management: Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Use insights to inform content strategy and community initiatives.
Collaborating with International Teams: Work closely with international teams to coordinate community initiatives and ensure alignment with global strategies.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content for our blog, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels. This includes articles, case studies, infographics, and video scripts related to AI technology and community initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of cultural differences.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Good proficiency in writing and communicating in English, with an IELTS score of 6.5 or an equivalent qualification.
Active participation in club activities or NGO activities, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and teamwork.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Previous internship or work experience in community management or social media is a plus.
