JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow a
structured finance application process to complete all required tasks
accurately and on time
- Take
detailed briefs of client lending requirements and ensure all background
information is collected
- Liaise
directly with clients to obtain documents, update on application progress, and
for post-settlement care
- Collating,
organising, and perusing documents to verify information accuracy
- Complete
data entry into multiple systems including CRM, ApplyOnline, loan
serviceability calculation, asset -valuation request, and loan pricing request
- Liaising
with banks to update on application progress and policies
- Managing
application progress to ensure deadlines are met
- General
duties include answering phone calls and providing support to team members when
needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Good work
ethic, accountability, and self-motivation.
- Exceptional
English reading and listening skills. Having ability to comprehend English
documents well.
- Good
English speaking and writing skills
- Critical
thinking and information analysis skills.
- Strong
attention to detail as the accuracy of information is critical in loan
applications.
- Proactive
with a problem-solving approach to all tasks.
- Ability to
multitask and work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer
skills (word, excel, use of customer relationship management software).
Desired but
not crucial:
- Experience
in data entry and CRM systems.
- Have
studied and worked overseas, especially in Australia.
- Experience
in finance and banking industries.
- Has a
finance or accounting degree and/or working experience.
