A. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting:
Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists for specific job requirements using various sourcing techniques, including database search, headhunting, and market mapping.
Candidate Interaction & Interview Process:
Conduct candidate interviews, providing appropriate feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare candidates for client interviews and conduct thorough post-interview debriefs to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Client & Candidate Management:
Independently take job specifications from clients, managing their expectations effectively throughout the recruitment process.
Guide candidates through the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and closing.
Business Development:
Engage in lead generation through candidate interactions and client meetings, identifying potential business opportunities.
Develop existing client relationships and proactively win new business, negotiating terms and contracts effectively.
Client Interaction & Meetings:
Demonstrate the ability to schedule and conduct client meetings, either independently or with support from senior colleagues.
Articulate the vision and values of EV Search in all client and candidate interactions, ensuring a professional and consistent approach.
Documentation & CRM Management:
Record all recruitment activities on CRM or relevant platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.
Independent Execution:
Conduct candidate and client meetings independently, showcasing strong negotiation skills and the ability to close offers autonomously.
Effectively headhunt and market map to identify top talent, contributing to the growth and success of EV Search.
