JOB DESCRIPTION
REPOSIBILITIES:
Manage and execute tasks related to social media bookings, with a focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations.
Ensure the timely delivery and payment of contracts with clients and relevant suppliers while maintaining the project's cash flow.
Regularly report on project progress and work quality to the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently a final student majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communication, or a related field.
Key skills: client consultation, negotiation, problem-solving, teamwork, ability to work independently, planning, project cash flow management, and stress management.
Strong relationships with KOLs and influencers are a plus.
Deep understanding of social media platforms.
Basic English proficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Work with Talent & Talent Account:
Take brief from Account Talent Manager (briefing meeting)
Develop plans, production lead time with KOL
Take care and support KOL during the production process
Be responsible for quality, deadline for product output
2. Operate work related to Talent:
Perform individual tasks as required by Talent
Perform tasks related to Talent: Research, propose strategies and development plans including marketing inside and outside the system
Connect Talents in the network through bonding activities with approved budgets from BOD
Hunt for more talents for The Talent system
Maintain a good relationship between Talent - The Talent - Account Talent
3. Personal KPI:
Actively participate in acquiring knowledge, building relationships at training courses, sports events, marketing communities
The scope of work of the Account Operator is to carry out projects that the company provides to customers, without limiting the level and diversity of the project
REQUIREMENTS
University/College graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications...
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in the position of Account/Planning or similar positions.
Skills: customer consulting, negotiation, problem solving, teamwork, independent work, planning, project cash flow management, pressure handling and good presentation skills.
Having a close relationship with KOL, Influencer is an advantage.
Knowledge of social networking platforms.
Good English skills.
