Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** Starting rate: $20.50 per hour
The Housekeeping Office Coordinator assists with all office duties of the Housekeeping Department such as ordering, payroll, rooms, etc. This position has a high level of guest phone contact. This person must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Previous knowledge of HotSOS, Opera, and Colleague Advantage would be a great differential.

Qualifications:

· Refined verbal and written communication skills.
· Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours during the day including mornings, holidays, and weekends.
· Ability to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skill.
