Mô tả công việc
Formulate recruitment and development strategies, and plans that cater to the demands of the company's business development.
Organize candidate sourcing and arrange recruitment for positions as required; Maintain and develop candidate pool; Participate in the recruitment process according to procedures.
Work closely with department heads to understand business goals and develop human resource strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with the L&D Department to implement training and development programs for the Tech team.
Regularly conduct market analysis to update information on industry trends for an effective recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent.
Create favorable conditions for performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning.
Resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Yêu cầu
At least 1 year experience as an HRBP, preferably in the technology industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of human resources, particularly practical experience in employee relations and performance management.
Deep understanding of labor laws.
Quick adaptation to new knowledge, environments, and technologies.
Proficient in logical thinking.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and highly responsible attitude towards work.
Good English is a plus, especially in speaking and listening.
Comprehensive knowledge of human resources, particularly practical experience in employee relations and performance management.

Total Income = Net salary + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Review salary twice per year base on your performance and output.
