Mô tả công việc
1. Assist HR team with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Support in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles.
3. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
4. Aid in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
5. Assist with employee relations activities, including drafting communications, organizing events, and maintaining employee recognition programs.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries from employees.

Yêu cầu
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Canva.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Flexible and adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
